This is the second time we've turned to Lowell for his expedient excellent professional financial advice! He never settles for the average! We refinanced our home from a 30yr to a 20 year loan, dropping our monthly home mortgage insurance, lowering our interest rate to an unbelievable 4.1%!!! We had an amazing appraisal for our home!
