I really liked the fact you let the Realtor (me) know when the CD went out. It is an important item for our file and yet so many lenders don't volunteer that piece.

It took over a year for the closing of this home and she worked with me throughtout the year to figure out whether to lock or not. The closing date kept changing with the build of the house, but she remained patient and positive and eager to save me the most money that I can. I will keep working with her down the road if and when it is time to refinance.
