Kyle was very knowledgeable about the process and knowledgeable about underwriting, which aided us in our approval. He did a fantastic job advocating for us throughout the process. He was very responsive as well. There was a small hiccup with our loan rate that I wish could have been avoided, but Kyle did his best to try to make it right for us.

His extensive knowledge and efforts to make things go smoothly really made the process easy . Although there were some hurdles we had to get over. the total experience was amazing and I will definitely be going to Kyle with any questions I have.
