I have worked with Scott Nelson for over 20 years. This purchase was uniquely difficult, as this buyer tried to buy this home a year ago. The failure caused extreme hardship for both the buyer and the seller. Kim reached out to me to discuss her circumstances, and interest in buying a home. I called on Scott knowing g he could guide the builder to success. We learned the home she loved was back on the market. Due to my long running relationship with Scott, and past success, the sellers had confidence they could trust our teamwork to succeed. Not only did Scott succeed, but we are closing a week early. That is true success.

Scott met with us in person and thoroughly explained everything involved in the process of our loan with us. Our credit card company made a mistake and he caught it and helped us through it prior to closing which happened in less than a month. We had a newborn daughter with us which made scheduling difficult but he was very accommodating. Also, our final out of pocket expenses at closing were less than a hundred dollar even after purchasing some discount points due to a credit applied to our account by his company.
Great experience, plan to refer him to friends.
