Scott Nelson is by far the most attentive, knowledgeable, and thoughtful lending officer I have ever dealt with. He made my first home purchase not only a positive experience, but an easy one. He is honest, and straight forward with every detail of the process. He provides 24 hour service and is always happy to answer even the silliest of questions. I highly recommend Scott for all lending transactions. He will not steer you wrong!

We had found our first home while I was pregnant. In fact, I was supposed to be due in May, close in April, BUT the baby came in March. The reason I am talking about this, is because life got really crazy all at once, and my husband and I wouldn't have been able to stay sane, buy the house, and have a smooth transition had it not been for Scott Nelson behind us. Scott treated us not just like clients, but as family. He hands down had our back and guided us and supported us through the ENTIRE process. I truly know we would not have been able to buy this house had it not been for Scott Nelson. I will refer him to EVERYONE. He has become family to us, and we are beyond grateful for his professionalism, personality, helpfulness, etc…I truly can't say enough wonderful things about working with Scott Nelson.
