This was our first home buying experience and right from the start we could tell that Scott knew what he was doing and had our best interests in mind all the way. When we sat down with him in his office, he went line by line and explained things to us as well as what to expect going forward and he was spot on, Cindy kept us in the loop the whole way with updates and what was needed, and just like Scott, answered every question and encouraged us to ask more if we didn’t understand something.

My husband and I went into the process meeting with Scott to see what we needed to do to prepare ourselves to qualify for a mortgage. We never thought that he would tell us we could qualify right now! With a little hard work and patience by Scott and Alvin, we were able to purchase our first home. We are so thankful to Scott and the team at Family First Funding!!

It's unbelievable & not seen in today's world how Scott & his team treatmed my wife & I. No matter how many calls we made or how many questions they never acted like we were a bother. I truly felt like we were treated like we were family. I enjoyed it so much I'll probably wear out my welcome just stopping by their office to visit.
