David is why my offer was accepted on my house. There were many other offers, and the seller wanted an extremely tight deadline to close. David's reputation as delivering on-time certainly helped the selling agent know we could make the deadline. David also spoke with the selling agent to promote me as a serious buyer. David went the extra mile and as a result my offer was accepted, and I was able to buy a house. Always available, always professional, always willing to give his time to explain and discuss.
