This review is from someone who has Maybe taken the time to write one other review ever, but this felt too important not to share publicly. With just entering into real estate investing I spent a massive amount of time speaking with and vetting different lenders. During this process I kept utilizing David when a new question would pop up that I didnt have an answer for. I utilized David for these questions because he always had the answer for me and made the time to explain it until I understood. This is how David originally earned my business. David then retained my business through his communication and devotion to all I required to make my residential deal happen... and trust me he had to get creative with this one. I could go on and on about how David excelled in every quality you would want from a loan originator, but you just need to get on the phone with him to find out for yourself. If I ever purchase another property on the western slope I will absolutely be using David's services again and I recommend you do as well.
