David is a profession to the utmost degree. There's so much to know about mortgages that you really can't be an expert unless you do it every day. David sat down and walked me through the entire process before we even agreed to work with him. He made sure we understood the process as best we could and answered questions along the way.
On top of that, David took it upon himself to contact the seller on the house we were trying to get to vouch for us. He has a lot of contacts in the valley and will use them to help you in the home buying process.
