Top-notch team and experience with closing on our new home! Not previously being aware of PRMI, we received a couple of pre-approvals from other companies prior to reaching out, all with okay interactions, but immediately knew we made the right decision with Devon and PRMI upon initially speaking with him on the phone. He explained the entire process in detail and everything step very clearly. He then followed up with an in-person meeting to walk my wife and I through everything and to sign all the papers. During this process, he explained every section in detail, but easy to understand laymans terms, making sure we fully understood. And throughout the overall transaction, Devon and his team kept in touch, letting us know how things were progressing along the way. He and his team very efficiently and quickly helped us close on a new home under a very short timeframe. We didn't run into ANY issues at all during the transaction and closed on time as expected. Lastly, Devon came to our closing to make sure everything went smooth. Bottom-line, this is the company that you want to work with; professional, responsive and efficient, with top-notch customer support and a persona touch!
