processor was not aware of Florida's requirements for obtaining a loan I was needed to provide multiple documents. Solar panels were a constant problem although paid balance off by seller in September . Inspection 4pt, inspection MIT requested 4 days after inspection was completed . Closing set for 11/6, survey requesTed 10/29 , 11/4 survey, due to questions on survey 11/6 & 11/7 redue of surveys Closing. Charged $258.73 for not closing on the 6 th or 8th

Almost every day I was asked to have something else done to be approved for the loan and go to closing If i would have known the whole list of requirement, I would have been able to complete them in a timely manner

Closing forms stated I would receive my credit report, when I reported that I had not received I was informed for me to now reach out for it from the vendor.
