People were great, nice and also informative except towards the end of the process were a few final steps we're brought to my attention at the last min near the deadline and took great difficulty to achieve. I enjoyed the experience overall though

During closing there was too much back and forth, things were not explained clearly and I had to submit the same documentation multiple times which wasted a lot of time. My original loan officer took another job in the middle of my closing and once Devon came on board communication became challenging. My BIGGEST concern is that I had access to several available grant programs and despite qualifying, the math was not done properly and I ended up leaving thousands of dollars on the table.
