What made the experience great was that the terminology was explained for someone that was just understanding how things worked. The individual was serious but also allowed himself to be friendly and helpful.

Everything was great, except at the absolute last minute I was never told I needed to set up a wire on my end, and the night of settlement I didn't have all the funds needed. It was a major miscommunication and that process was never explained to me. Otherwise everything went smoothly.
