The staff is wonderful and definitely went the extra mile for us! Even though I am a Realtor, it is helpful to be reminded of the options available when getting a mortgage loan. Reminders about financing some of loan closing costs and the items needed for underwriting are helpful. In the past, I think it has been more expedient to deal with in house underwriters in some cases.
