Chad was fantastic throughout this experience. As a first time home buyer my wife and I had many questions regarding the process and Chad was always quick to respond and happy to answer. Even taking calls over holiday weekends and trips to help us during the contract phase of buying our home. I can't recommend Chad and his team enough!

I'm not a finance person and definitely suck at my own personal finances. Would have appreciated when I asked for a breakdown of the costs and how much to bring to the closing...a breakdown of each and every cost written out like I was a 2 year old. I understand when you do things so long you lose the sight that everyone should know what you're saying, but definitely did not fully understand. Plus the numbers were off a bit on the closing papers. Not sure why the loan people don't talk to the real estate agent to ensure the numbers were correct but...hey...I'm not in the business.
