I transferred to PRMI because of an issue with my previous home loan company, Mr. Cooper. They had bought me Flood insurance, without my permission, despite not needing it. PRMI not only offered me a significant drop in interest rate, but they instantly knew that my house was not in a flood zone, saving me a ton of money annually. On top of that, they even helped pay my closing costs, which was an unexpected blessing. Thank you Linda, and PRMI!

Primary Residential Mortgage is a great company to do business with. Paul Knudson is very knowledgeable about the housing industry and focuses on what is best for the consumer.
