Our property was a challenge as was buyer/seller (friends). She was sensitive to both our needs and researched our unique property challenges. She stayed on top of the daily changing interest rates and I didn't feel like she just settled for the first lender, but found the lender best for our circumstance.

Highly recommend working with Joyce to get a home purchase loan! Very responsive and kept our interests in the forefront during the entire process. Even got us a better interest rate on the loan at the last moment (while we were at the title company signing paperwork). Great job, Joyce!

Linda made the process so simple for me. She did all the work, explained everything in detail, and even set up my portal for me. She was aways positive, and never made me feel stressed!! This is the second time I reached out to Linda for a mortgage, and would do it again without hesitation!!
