Our property was a challenge as was buyer/seller (friends). She was sensitive to both our needs and researched our unique property challenges. She stayed on top of the daily changing interest rates and I didn't feel like she just settled for the first lender, but found the lender best for our circumstance.

Highly recommend working with Joyce to get a home purchase loan! Very responsive and kept our interests in the forefront during the entire process. Even got us a better interest rate on the loan at the last moment (while we were at the title company signing paperwork). Great job, Joyce!
