Everything went so smoothly, it was very convenient to be able to e-sign the documents as we went through the process so there were fewer documents to sign, in person, on the closing day.

Charlie is prompt, responsive, and gets the job done. Rates were competitive (actually, lower than another mortgage lender), and we closed five days earlier than the original date of closing.
