Charlie was extremely helpful with any questions I had. I felt that he had my best interest in mind throughout the whole process. Charlie never seemed bugged or annoyed when I would contact him with a question. He would walk me through every question step by step, leaving no doubt. I felt that Charlie was the best possible LO for me and I will definitely choose him again in the future.

Charlie is very responsive and will take the time to answer any questions. Even though this is a commercial transaction, Charlie makes you feel like a friend, which garners trust and I appreciate that. I felt like the whole process was fairly painless and enjoyed my interactions. This is the 2nd re-fi I have done with him and I will look to him for future needs.
