This was the 3rd house I have bought using a loan, and this was by far the worst experience I have had getting a loan. I was scheduled to close on Wednesday 6/8/22, and the underwriters who were working on my loan did not start working on everything until a day after I was supposed to close on 6/9. Every day starting on 6/9 they would ask for more information from me to get the loan closed, and some of the stuff they were asking for I had already sent to them or answered their question when I was going through the process with my loan officer. They should have started preparing and getting everything together for my loan a week before I was set to close, not a day after our scheduled closing date. One of the processers working on my loan would send me the responses from underwriting requesting more documentation and I would send everything over to her and call her to confirm that she received everything and she would not answer my calls after the first day. She would just respond via email and I wanted to speak to her over the phone and she would never answer. It almost felt like the underwriters were trying to come up with every excuse to not let me close the loan by requiring documentation on things that weren't necessary. Overall I did not have a good experience, and I told my friend who is the loan officer that I used that this was the worst experience I have ever had getting a loan. To be honest I would not use this company again because of the poor experience I had.

Charlie helped every step of the way and went above and beyond to get us the loan we wanted as well as putting it together with very little time until closing.
