Paul is the best! My husband & I are first-time home buyers, so having Paul by our side to navigate the home purchase process was a must. We would email (& even text him) about residences that we would just see and he was always so communicative, polite, honest and knowledgeable about the market. Paul worked with us on different offer scenarios that could work with our budget and loan rates, he always made sure we were comfortable with numbers & our need to not be house-broke first-time homebuyers. Dana was 100% knowledgeable and made sure I understood terminology and documents I didn’t understand. She was always available to answer my questions and responded promptly. She was excellent at communicating throughout the entire process. Dana made the entire process a breeze for a first time homeowner. If i had to do it all over again I’d hands down go with Dana and plan on referring everyone to her.
