It was a great experience to work with Paulo Brum throughout a coordinated effort to refinance a property in order to finance a new one. This was a complex, time-sensitive effort that involved many calls and emails during ~8 weeks, sending information, updates, requests, and responses to multiple people in several companies (bank, insurance, title, lender, etc.) Paulo was very patient in explaining everything as it was happening, often more than once; super nice person, very dedicated and professional for the entire duration of the lengthy process; sometimes sending those requests and updates via email until evening hours or during weekends, which shows his level of hard work and commitment. Very impressed. Highly recommended. Thank you
