Determination is already a key factor but his overall knowledge built up from decades of experience really sealed the deal. Worked around the clock and tried every angle imaginable to get the loan to go through, even meeting my unorthadox hours of operation. Its was truelly a tough one with new dilemas around every corner due to my situation but because of Bob it is now a dream that became reality.

Bob is amazing -- He's helped us with three home purchases, hanging with us for nearly a year on the last one as we submitted offers.
