For us it was Bob Morris that made it a great experience. He made sure that we understood every step that was going to be taken and then some. We walked out of his office with no question or if we had questions they were all answered. Bob made it very pleasant to work with. Great person and I would recommend every one I come across to him. Bob is outstanding. Our loan and the situation around it was far from straightforward, and he helped us along every step of the way. He worked quickly, and carefully; he explained everything thoroughly, was constantly in contact when things changed (including weekends), and kept a close eye on every detail so we didn't get swindled. Bob Morris did an excellent job informing us what to expect next. He’s on top of everything that is expected for a quick loan approval. He even came in on his days off to get paperwork done. He communicated everything clearly and vey professional. We felt like he’s a family member taking care of us. Great job Bob.

We refinanced with Bob with Bridge loans in December 2017. We waited six months making a payments higher than we'd like just so we could refinance with Bob again. Nothing better exemplifies satisfaction and loyalty than waiting six months. Bob will be our loan officer until he decides to call it a day.
