Joe was great to work with. When I first went to see him, I wasn't in the ideal place, financially, to make a purchase. But, Joe gave me the proper advice and guidance to get me ready the following year. A year later, when I re-contacted him, he still had all my previous financial data and literally got me my pre-approval that same day! All his advice paid off. The next day I looked at a property, made an offer, and was moved in less than 45 later! He was great with communication, and made my dream of owning a home again... A reality.

Jeff came highly recommended to us through family members. I met Jeff on a cruise and was impressed that while on vacation with his family he was still networking. I wasn't home 2 hours when I had already received an email from Jeff trying to set up an appointment to start my mortgage refinance. What a go getter! No matter what day or time I called or emailed, Jeff responded within 10-15 minutes.

Jeff and his team were absolutely amazing. They were available at all hours to answer my questions and concerns. Him and his staff took the time to explain everything so that I understood every step of the process. The customer service was incredible and I would absolutely recommend anyone looking to buy a house to give Jeff and his team a call.

Working with Jeff on buying my first house was a fantastic experience. He was available at all times of day, and always welcomed me if I needed to speak to him in person. He assisted in explaining all items in a way I could understand. It definitely felt like he was on my team, not just another number. I have already recommended Jeff to my friends, who are using him to help with their first house purchase.

I cannot begin to tell you how much I was helped by Jeff. He was there to explain everything to me - more than once if necessary. No question was too silly or small. He was in constant contact with me and always there to help- as were the support staff. I never thought I could do something like this alone, but Jeff made that possible. Thanks so very much.
