Our experience with Joe was one of a kind. He was so easy to work with and was always quick to answer any questions. One of my favorite things about Joe and his services was he is available all the time. When you use a standard bank, you don't get answers right away and that can be unsettling especially while making a huge commitment like a home loan or refinance. Whether it was an email or office call and even a cell phone call, he was always there. One of the best things was he got us a rate that was lower than we expected and ended up saving up a lot of money! Joe is very organized and has years of experience. This is comforting for us who were buying a house for the first time. With his warm personality, and his business knowledge, Joe Bragg is the lender you want to work with.

This was the second time I've used Jeff and it was just as smooth as the first. Jeff works with you every step of the way to make sure the transaction is pleasant and smooth, Jeff had always been one phone call away if I ever needed him. He will do everything possible to accomplish the goal he is down to earth, friendly and works hard, if I had to make another transaction I would certainly use Jeff again along with refer him to friends.

Jeff made the re-financing process easy to understand, and was honest & open regarding the options that we could use to re-finance our mortgage. I would without hesitation use Jeff again, and highly recommend him if you need a mortgage lender.
