Joe had assisted me with a previous mortgage and received excellent service so when I moved he was my mortgage go to guy and he just assisted me with refinancing.

Joe was an excellent communicator, and provided us with several options to choose from on how to fill out paperwork and ask questions. We chose email communications due to our work schedules, and Joe communicated clearly and efficiently, even after normal business hours. Joe utilized a secure, online website which allowed us to view and electronically sign most documents, which greatly saved us the time of having to print off tons of paper, manually sign, and then scan and upload. I cannot stress how well Joe communicated with us. We received almost daily updates on the process, and had every question answered almost immediately. I was extremely surprised how efficient everything went being that our communication was done all through email. We didn't meet Joe face to face until we went in at closing to sign everything and get the keys to our house! I highly recommend Joe to anyone who wants a smooth, hassle-free mortgage lending process.

I never thought of a mortgage loan officer as a professional personal service position until I met Mr. Senker. My wife and I need answers quickly to put in an offer on an aggressively priced home, and Jeff, while on vacation, stepped up and delivered and saw the process through to the end. And the costs and fees were better than my local credit union. I couldn't have been more happy with the outcome. We settled yesterday and Jeff attended the settlement.
