My transaction was a unique one with a few road blocks to overcome.. Terry walked me through the entire process beginning to end. My lack of understanding regarding this process left me with many questions and constant phone calls of which Terry handled quickly and thoroughly, without his experience, patience, and detailed follow up I’m almost certain this would never have happened for me.
