Jason and his team were, by far, the best I have dealt with in the mortgage business. As an attorney and past real estate agent, and also one who has purchased homes in the past, I tend to dread dealing with mortgage brokers as they are often incompetent and non-responsive . However, Jason and his team were excellent every step of the way. They were clear about what was needed, did not ask for the same information multiple times, and when I sent them an email, I always got a quick reply. A+

Being a first time buyer I had a lot of questions. They were very patient and informative with my endless questions. Also, very accommodating with collecting documents.

all the people in general are very nice ...we had some problems with communication as far as the closing date I also received some information that was confusing that I shouldn't have received

I was asked to provide information at several points. It was frustrating to receive a list of information needed, provide it all, only to get a response with more items needed. This happened several times. I would have preferred to get a more complete list initially. I realize that add-on requests are unavoidable to some extent but I think they could have been lessened with better organization in this case.
