Jared was available for all questions and always easy to get a hold of. When communication stalled towards the end Jared was able to fix the issue and got our closing back on track. Jared was great and kept our real estate agent in the loop.

I wouldn’t say it was all Jared’s fault. For a first time buyer a lot of these things need to be broken down especially closing cost. I was under the impression we had the funds to close and then three days before closing I’m told we need 3,00$ more. This really put me in a tight spot we’re I was trying to figure out my living situation of my current residence. Communication was a big issue between the processor and underwriting. Sometime it was difficult to get ahold of the processor! It was just a stressful experience.

Jared did great job of coordinating throughout the loan process and mostly keeping on the timeline that we initially set. I felt it was he was professional and courteous from start to finish. I would do a loan through Jared again. Thanks
