The PRMI loan officer Al Martinez was outstanding and very informative to us throughout the entire process. That allowed us to always be ready with the information for the next step. He always consulted us on every phase, explaining in detail the process of the loan. Another thing that made this a great experience was the electronic esign process and the informative videos. I will highly recommend PRMI to everyone.

Buying a house for the first time is very stressful and there are a lot of deadlines to meet; Al really pushed us in the right direction and was willing to give his personal time to talk with us about important milestones. There wasn’t one time I called that he didn’t pick up. If you’re looking for a very responsive lender who cares I highly recommend Al and Primary Residential Mortgage! We love our new house! 😄
