The first months we chatted and met on loan information was great.
When it was time to crunch and close a huge amount of info that should of been addressed weeks before was brought up last minute.
Overall, we closed so we are happy. But feel communication could of been a lot different.

Knowing what things to pay off ahead off time instead of last minute. Felt that communication between Kelley and Chris is not so we'll. Seemed that either one or the other was one step ahead of each other and not on the same page
