This is the absolute worst Mortgage company to exist. They harass you every single day that you do not make a payment on the “due date”. They charge ridiculous fees and harass you through calling your cell phone, work, email, and mail multiple times per day- even if you make the payment before the 30th of the month. They’re payment system online is flawed and will screw you and your credit over. I requested a pay off quote online and was instantly harassed by agents asking why I requested the quote. I let them know I was putting my house up for sale and have been harassed by them calling my insurance agent- yes, my insurance agent. When asked what legal right they had to do so- they said it’s their “procedure”. I have asked repeatedly to speak with upper management and the manager who scheduled a telephone appointment with me never called but instead had someone else call who refused to address my concerns. This company is absolutely horrible and I do not advise anyone to be as foolish as I was to enter into any business with them.

Chris and his staff were easily accessible thru out my whole escrow. Their e-mail system of sending and signing documents also a breeze and easy to use. I would . . . and WILL recommend this team in the future! Forever Greatfull !!!! KjC

We will never forget the job Chris Wiley and the PRMI Alpine team did for us in refinancing the construction loan on our new home. They were a welcome source of clarity and competence in what was often an unclear and difficult process. They added a personal dimension to the application for and completion of our loan that we had found missing up til then.
