Adrian and Erika are a great team! I appreciated the level of communication and professionalism they both provided. They are always available by call, text, or email which is extremely important in this line of work. If I ever had a question that was more in-depth Adrian had no problem reaching out to the underwriter to troubleshoot then call me back with a game plan. Erika recorded and sent detailed videos about different steps in the process which was very helpful. Thank you for the excellent service!

Adrian was incredibly attentive through a very complicated escrow and took us successfully to the end. He communicated with us consistently throughout the process and was very timely in his responses, enabling us to persevere through a number of unforeseen obstacles. His attitude is as positive as anyone I know and made the entire process so much better.

Adrian was knowledgeable and calm. The calm part is so important with lenders. There were many times when I was just in a panic and after speaking with Adrian I was immediately calmed. He had the confidence I needed! His loan processor is amazing and efficient. My husband and I have closed many real estate loans over the years, and this was one of our best experiences.
