Amy was responsive and a clear communicator.
She was conscientious to make sure everything
was completed in a timely way to account for any unexpected hiccups or delays that could happen during the holiday season when we were applying
for the loan and purchasing our house. We found the electronic system used for the application a bit cumbersome and confusing and she responded
promptly to our questions about it. When we expressed concern about the system she followed up to ask for specific feedback about how to improve our experience and the experience of future customers.

Amy was amazing throughout the entire process from answering all our questions the same day we asked to giving us projected closing costs and monthly payment estimates. This truly prepared us to know what properties to look at and be confident in our choice knowing we already had all the mortgage loan numbers we’d need!
Amy’s professionalism truly showed throughout the process and made the experience of buying a home, especially as a first time homebuyer, as great an experience as we could have imagined!
