Wendy is knowledgeable, dedicated, and helpful. She answered every question we had patiently and walked us through every step of the process.
I would ask the company to please work in their online form websites, though. There were two different websites I was directed to to sign documents, and there wasn’t anywhere to see everything all at once. It was very confusing. Not Wendy’s fault! I would just recommend to the company to make accessing/signing documents more user friendly.
