Marty and his team are the best! In the past 5 years I've used him for multiple home purchases and sales. I bought a foreclosure with him and he later refinanced it. He helped walk me through how to personally sell the town house we used as a rental property and helped my renters purchase it without involving realtors. Last month he helped my wife and I sell our current home and move into the house of our dreams! There is nobody like Marty Qualls and his Team! They are outstanding!

John was very helpful in securing a loan thay suited my needs and he was also available and willing to answer all my questions. He also communicated often letting me know where we were in the lending process. The process was fast and I was able to close on time. Very pleased with the service.
