Made the house buying experience so much less stressful then I ever could have imagined. All you hear are horror stories about how awful it can be, they obviously didn't have Marty on their team! Would recommend his team to ANYONE looking to buy a house or even refinance.

Besides a few miscommunications the entire mortgage process went very smoothly. We went from going under contract to funded and recorded in 36 days.
