Marty is great at what he does!! He takes the time to go over everything and makes sure you actually understand all your loan documents before signing. He made getting my first house a lot less stressful and helped me when I decided to refinance!!!

We've used Marty Qualls for 20 (ish) years for all our mortgage needs. We can always count on him to find the best possible options for our mortgage and trust him implicity. Over the years, we have learned to not just called him our 'mortgage agent', but way more importantly, our 'friend'. You don't find that all the time when you're shopping for mortgages!

This is the 3rd mortgage loan Marty and his team has done for me. Marty knows what can be done and how to get it done. We have given him some tough situations and he hits a home run every time. He is always on time and explains everything perfectly. Seriously, Marty is the best!

Working with John and the rest of team at Primary residential mortgage was a great experience from beginning to end. There was no pressure sign anything right away. John worked with my wife and I to make sure we got the best deal and the best home we could.
