During the recent drop in mortgage interest rates and property value increases, Marty called us up after three years since closing on our first house to offer refinancing. If not for him, we would've missed a great opportunity. He walked us through every step and kept in close contact through the whole process. Anytime an email update or requests came through, he'd text then call to ensure we were informed. Additionally, he was down to earth and quite pleasant to do business with.

Marty has been our mortgage 'guy' for at least 25 years! We wouldn't go to anyone else! He is educated on the process, (and 'dumbing it down' for us when we don't understand!), he is quick to respond to emails, and most importantly, honest. I trust him to give us the best rates and service. Marty is not only a great businessman to work with, but he has become a great friend. That's a pretty great relationship!
