My experience with Marty & Kelsi went extremely smoothly! They were always there when my wife and I had questions or concerns as if it was their own loan. I was constantly bouncing ideas off of Marty and he always had the answer or solutions. Kelsi was on top of the paperwork almost instantaneously. They always made me aware of any loan changes & where we were in the process as the loan moved forward. All aspects of our experience with Primary Residential Mortgage would allow me to HIGHLY recommend them if you’re looking for a loan on a new house!!! Thanks for taking care of us!

We just closed on a beautiful new home. Marty Quails and Kelsi Brotherton was there to always make sure things were running smooth. Whenever we had a question or needed answers on the processes Marty didn’t mind if we called him. If he was busy he quickly returned our phone calls and would find the answers to our questions or obstacles at the time. I would definitely recommend him and his team to friends and family.
