Yeah can never get a hold of her. And then leaves and goes on vacation in the middle of our mortgage stuff and leaves it with someone who doesn’t have any idea what they are doing. She says she is going to email us something and never does. We asked for paper copies and not to sign online and that was totally ignored. It was the worst experience ever I would never go to her or her mortgage company again.

I would have liked the process to be more transparent!
