I can remember when I inquired about rates, terms, etc.....Scott was really sick and stayed home from work for 5 days. When I called him, I could tell he was not feeling well. Although he was sick and under the weather, Scott started working on my questions right away. He pulled my credit score and contacted me back in less than 10 minutes. Scott was very helpful. This is the first home that my girlfriend and I have purchased and we barely knew anything about the process.
