Maria is truly unbelievable!! As a Realtor, I always want to make sure my buyers have a lender that understands the market and is available 24/7. In this transaction, our buyer fell in love with a home that had multiple offers. Maria had a pre-approval over within minutes & also called the listing agent and spoke about the strength of the buyer and the loan he was approved for, and outline why our buyer was the best, low risk choice.
