Cheri was amazing- she will tell you truth and will watch out for future issues where you could get burned. I had a guy from another company promising me the world and I could tell he didn’t know our market- he had totally unrealistic expectations for my appraisal. However Cheri not only told me what to expect she foresaw some things that could have burned me and kept me from making certain mistakes. So I highly recommend working with her.
