We are looking at different options of refinancing, possible cash out. Niomi did a great job listening to our needs and really gave some great advice on different options. We are still contemplating what we want to do with our mortgage we have quite a bit of equity. The only question is do we go for a jumbo loan or stay under for a better rate. Niomi is very transparent and would recommend others to reach out for an knowledgeable MLO.
