I was a tremendous and great experience communicating and working with Ric. I talk to every friend of mine that I don't know how to thank and be grateful to Ric. I will recommend Ric to anyone getting into housing to let Ric works with that person. I couldn't be grateful enough to Ric for the real estate teaching, step by step guidance and the process for getting the house and lately his patience for getting the needed documentation from the person Ric is working. Ric did everything right. We had a very demanding timeline and several hiccups along the way and he PERSONALLY made sure that everything was resolved, prepared, and processed on time. Without Ric I do not think that we would have been able to complete this deal. He is OUTSTANDING!
