For a first time home buyer, everything is new and we come across a lot of unusual words and procedures that we’ve never had a chance to experience. Toby was very thorough when I had a question about terminology and a procedure. She never doubted me through this entire process and that gave me faith that this time around would go very smoothly. In the end I can say that I did nothing compared to what she did for me. I feel like everything fell into place quickly and it was such a great turn out!
