Mr. Jager went above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns I may have had...His knowledge of the mortgage process combined with his passion and commitment to move things along in a timely and efficient matter were truly appreciated. With a busy schedule of my own, TJ went out of his way to meet me and do whatever necessary to get the job done!

Working with TJ and the team at PRIMRES, I know that my clients will be taken care of every step of the way. There's no last minute surprises or missed paperwork. TJ is always responsive to any questions and most importantly doesn't hold corporate 9-5 hours so even if something comes up on a weekend, I can get an answer.

Easy to understand, always answers quickly, readily available. He makes you feel like your his only client. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy to get the job done. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!
