The day before closing, we were made aware that our buyers funding was going to fall through. After some weeklong extensions, going back and forth with all realtors and lending companies, TJ took it upon himself to call our buyers to get them pre-approved with PRMI instead. Within the week to come, PRMI sped up the transactions and sales of both homes from weeks to days. TJ was the reason we were able to sell and purchase our new property.
